I was given The Blue Chair Jam Cookbook for a Christmas gift, and tried out the rhubarb jam recipe a few weeks ago.  This was a smashing success – super easy to make, very delicious, and I even ended up getting a bit more jam than was anticipated – eight 8 oz jars. Plenty for us, and a few giveaways too! I highly recommend this cookbook: the layout is beautiful, and the recipes are fantastic.
